Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The application belongs to Time to Dine Now SRL. When placing an order in the application, the Buyer accepts the Terms of Sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter - Terms and Conditions), presented below.

Using the Time to Dine application implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Time to Dine Now SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. Relations between buyer and seller are established based on Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor changes.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using the Time to Dine application, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirming/executing orders.

Personal data is processed only for lawful purposes, such as providing the products you ordered, promotions, analytics and notifications.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure proper use of information.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT

Payment for orders is possible by bank card - upon receiving the order you will receive payment confirmation.

Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a bank card as a payment instrument. After payment, you will receive payment confirmation to your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard. This security measure includes redirecting the user when making a payment to the secure maib page, where each cardholder is authenticated by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the bank card that was used for the purchase.

The following data will be requested for payment:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiration date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Name and surname on the bank card

All payments are processed in national currency - MDL (Moldovan lei). If the transaction currency differs from the payment currency, the transaction amount is converted at the card operations rate on the settlement day of the issuing bank.

4. ORDER PICKUP (SURPRISE BOX)

After placing the order, the buyer is provided with information about the time and place to pick up the Mystery Box.

The Buyer is obliged to pick up the order at the specified time from the partner (restaurant, cafe, store, etc.).

When receiving products, check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the partner's representative. Any subsequent claims on these matters are not accepted.

The contents of the Mystery Box may vary and depend on the availability of unsold products from the partner. The Buyer understands and accepts that the exact composition of the box is not guaranteed.

5. RIGHT TO REFUND

According to Law No. 105-XV dated 13.03.2003 on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to a refund in certain cases.

Refund is possible in the following cases:

• Order was not received due to partner's fault
• Products are spoiled or do not meet sanitary standards
• Technical error during payment

Food products, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to Government Decision No. 1465 dated 08.12.2003, are not subject to exchange and return after receipt.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, Time to Dine Now SRL processes personal data in good faith on the basis of and in accordance with legal norms.

We collect and process only personal data provided during registration and order placement: first name, last name, phone number, email address.

Personal data is used exclusively for:

• Application administration
• Order processing and confirmation
• Communication with the buyer
• Service quality improvement

We do not disclose any personal data to third parties without the consent of data subjects, except as provided by applicable law.
